Join the State Library of Iowa's Library Development team as a library consultant and help Iowa libraries be the best they can be. This position develops, coordinates and conducts a wide variety of training for Iowa library directors, staff and trustees. Classes are held in a variety of formats: in person, online and over the Iowa Communication Network (interactive video teleconferencing). The position also administers the Iowa Certification Program for Public Librarians. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, coordinating and conducting training; experience with online learning; effective written, oral communication and presentation skills. Must be willing and able to learn and use new technology. Salary range: $44,366.40 - $67,516.80
